Archived data reporting

A customer wants to know if they archive IPOCC data to a NAS, can the IPOCC pull reports from this NAS data? Is this possible? Thanks

Abandoned calls

Is there a counter available that will show where a call was abandoned? Can the system report on whether the call was abandoned in the IVR, or at the agent, etc..

IP Office directory within IPOCC

Is there a way to incorporate the IP Office user directory phone numbers within IPOCC? If so, can the entire directory be added to the telephony screen view? I have found a way to add a direct call...

Chat not making it to agent desktop

Able to login to chat queue, however, when a chat is initiated, it doesn't alert the agent desktop. Attached is an error log from the IPOCC server.
