Found the answer in the Voice Mail page of the...

Found the answer in the Voice Mail page of the station...Ringback was turned on...turned it off.

IP Office 11.0.4 Receptionist receives a callback from vmail after a call.

When receptionist phone is hung up after a call, the phone receives a callback from the front desk extension and answering connects to the Avaya voicemail system asking it to enter it's extension...
