yes i have created a pofile.

I found the issue:
by default the Switch type is set to 'none', we have to manually set it to SIP 6 to display the telephony tab.

AACC Email SSL

I'm configuring SSL for POP3 and SMTP between AACC and MS Exchange Mail Server.
I followed the documentation "AACC server administration" -"Enabling SSL on the Email Manager".
But it doesn't work....
