why don't you query SNMP query directly on phone ip. you have enable snmp in the 46xx file and give the snmp server ip. Reboot your phone and if phone is live it will give back the output or no info...

Solution Confirmed Avaya Communicator Login Issues

Check whether if firewall is blocking the traffic. You can telnet 1719/1720 port from your laptop. Also take trace from tracert command in command prompt to check what route it is taking.

IPO > SM > Dial Pattern 111 > Destination as SM-ACM Trunk >ACM

you can have SIP Trunk with SM's virtual IP address only that is SM100 Security module IP address.

Ensure You have a entry in dial plan for 711 3 3 as ars, put trace in CM share the trace log
