We have reviewed the CHAP configuration and it looks right. The Extension for the Contact Center is showing a type as "Avaya IP Office Contact Center".

The Chap Sync is running.

Whisper Announcement for Topic

Is there a way for an Agent to hear a whisper before a call is delivered, like in CM? This is used if the name has a difficult pronunciation for example.

Spell Check in Chat

I see that chat has a spell check button on it, but it does not seem to work. The spell checker works on the email client, but not on chat. How is that configured?

Dialer Export PD 61567

I am trying to create an export file for a Dialer job and get the error "PC 61567 The export file filename cannot be opened!"

I am exporting to a local drive on my PC.

Is there a way to set the time that an agent is automatically logged off the system if they do not answer a call that is presented to them?

Farming the abandoned call list

Is there a way to "farm" the abandoned call list and set them up as an outbound campaign? The idea is to try and emulate the Aura call back while holding your place in queue.

Chat not working after Critical Patch install

We upgraded our IPOCC installation with Critial Patch Update 9.0.2.2001. After the update the chat service does not work. Below is the error message from TTrace:
