Ok, I found the issue...we were using the lite...

Ok, I found the issue...we were using the lite version to upgrade the system to 10.1.1 and it didn't have the bin file we needed. The full version does! Thanks!

Exclamation IP Office 10.1 with 1408 digital sets

Trying to load up a new system and the 1408 digital sets come up with 'file access error'. When watching in monitor the file it is trying to open is 1408R48.bin. I cannot find this file anywhere. ...
