Agents in AUX Work mode

Does anyone know how to prevent a logged in agent from automatically going into AUX Work mode when the agent doesn't answer a Queue call. I have never seen anyone do this but there is always that one...

FYI to all.....when installing CM 5.2.1 on a DL360 G7 you must select an IBMX3550 as the server. Also, prior to configuring CM you must upgrade to CM SP 6 or higher.

Way ahead of you....as a business partner we provide the customer with a maintenance contract....since they do not have an Avaya maintenance contract they are not willing to support this.
