We suspect due to lower versions of Avaya-Enterprise-Linux-6.4.xx and AAEP 7.0.

After we install the below steps, now we are able to see the POM apps in the drop down list of Campaign Strategy...

After 30 minutes or so, after drafting the details in this forum , tried again and this time it logged in correctly.
