One-X video dows not work on Windows 7.

There is no possible solution with Windows 7 yet.

There is no such feature which meets your reqirements currently.

alerting options are limited to 6 parties.

Call-timer cannot be turned ON by default.

Call Timer allows automatic starting of the local timer of 6400-series voice
terminals on an active originating or receiving call. The timer information is
displayed on the voice terminal...

96xx phone takes 5 hours to boot up

Upgarde the phone to latest firmware and check VLAN settings and DHCP scope.
Either the phone is not getting the right DHCP scope or is trying to reach a wrong DHCP

ange problem w/9611G VPN phone

Busy out/release station that user's agent login ID is logged onto. This will log the agent off of the extension and now allow the agent to log back into the system on another available extension.

The value is not specific, it depends on the number length.it can store upto 21 digits per number.

Also from 6.2 firmware onwards 10 missed calls can be stired even after logging off.

Try to downgrade the effected phones, if not these may need to be replaced.

disable release button in Avaya One-X Agent

Disabling "release" button might not be possible.
These kind of changes can be made in Hardphhones, not in softphones as they come as part of code.

I suspect it is not possibele to display both agent and login ID at the same time.
