Is there a way to control what an agent sees displayed on their phones? CCE 9650 phones and we want them to only see the skill of the incoming call.

Dial Plan using extensions with leading 0

We have our operators defined as 0. Need a new DID range and our provider can only find a group with a leading 0.

How do we use both of these?
