Hi Matt,

I suggest you to open a Support tkt for this issue, Services team uses the Avaya Account to login to webpage and reset/unlock your password for the VP webadmin.

It seems your account got locked/ may expired. I suggest you to open ticket with VP support group so that they will use Avaya account to login and help you to fix the issue.
