How to Route incoming PSTN to an internal T1 Connection (24Chnls)

Trunk has Line ID 91 (inbound and outbound)

How to tell the IPO to forward incoming calls for extension 100 (or Group 100) to this internal Trunk.

we're having an IVR Server running with a T1 CAS.
right now, the old PBX (Nortel Meridian) simulates 24 Analogue Channels with Loop Start.
