disable Speakerphone while still having monitor

I have some 1408 sets on a IPO 500 that need to go in a classified area where the speakerphone mic needs to be disabled but the cusotmer wants to be able to monitor the call and use paging.

Ideas?

BCM400 to 450 R6 upgrade

Tried a BCM400 to 450 R6 upgrade the other night. Completed the DMM portion and swapped all hardware. When I powered up the 450 it would not completely boot up. the power light was solid green and...

You should be able to go into the dialing rules of the PC and insert the 9.
