How does a IP phone knows how to reach the 46xx file?

I have a remote site with existing IP phones and we are adding a small Sales group that needs to have the secondary network port on the 9608 phone blocked. A new customized 46xx file has been created...

Network switch to G450 moving. Will Gateway regain connectivity?

The network team is moving their L3 switch to a new location. There is a G450 with 1 DS1, analog and ann. board. No server in the G450.
What will happen when the gateway loose connectivity to prcr?...

How to remove a trk grp correctly

I have a remote g450 a DS1 card (trk grp 5) in it. I did a "list usage trk grp 5" and it's showing route patterns that are using all SIP trunks. I don't understand how trk grp 5 is listing SIP trunks...
