In CCE out of the box we support only MSCRM...

In CCE out of the box we support only MSCRM integration. SAPCRM is not tested , hence not supported with OOTB.

Oracle 11g ● Patch set 11.1.0.6.0 (Windows and solaris both) is supported with IC 7.2.x , hence there should not be any problem upgrading to this version of oracle.
