I tested an csv import (JDBC) of an address book with numbers in Last Name and First Name and it works.

Currently IPOCC Chat (UI) does only support European characters

I think, IPOCC 10.1.2.2 will support Unicode for Chat (User Interface).

Capabilitie depends on other tasks (Telephony) and size of the E-Mails

IPOCC is tested with:

1000 calls/h and 1000 E-mails/h (4MB)
or
1000 calls/h and 1000 E-mails/h (2MB)
or
1000 calls/h and 1000 E-mails/h (1kB)

Check the user rights of the temp folder

All attachments will be saved in the folder:

C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Temp\CIE\UMRClientCtrl

Please check the user rights.

Old E-mails and chat requests

Completed E-Mails are shown in the folder Completed.
The E-mails can be in the in the Archive, if an archive job works.

IPOCC Agent send E-Mail with same domain as the IPOCC server
