IPOCC Client - Backwards Compatibility?

My customer is upgrading from 9.0.7 to 9.1.7
To ease the transition I would like the agents to upgrade their client to the 9.1.7 version while the server is still on 9.0 - is the new client...

I used Goldwave software and turned the volume...

I used Goldwave software and turned the volume down and re-imported it. It was the only thing I could think of. It worked though.

IPOCC Music Too Loud

Has anyone had a customer complain of this while waiting in an IVR? Any workaround within IPOCC or is it likely they'd need to use some software app to turn down the volume?

Does anyone know the purpose for this area of Administration > Configuration? It seems you can enter the extension for each PC. My implementation is on a windows domain so the agents aren't required...

I found the same if I had the wav file stored in a folder other than in the Default Folder. Not sure your issue is as simple as that or not. The Default Folder is Program Data > Avaya > IPOCC > Voice...
