Hi,
What is exactly the purpose for Completed state in Email flows?

An agent cannot receive more emails until they "complete" each email on their inbox, but that does not mean that ALL complete...

Suddenly CS stops pulling wav files from VRL directory, and no records are shown on web administration page.

Files in VRL directory are present, and VMPRO and CS runs on the same server...

I forgot to mention that we have installed Trial MCDN and QSIG license, and Sending Name is enabled on DTM Telephony Resources.

Something else to check?
