Migrate contacts from H323 to SIP


we will switch our telephones from h323 to SIP.

Is there an option to migrate the contacts, which were created on h323, to SIP?

Signal tone for logged out agents


is there a possibility to have different signal tones for busy agents and logged out agents?

At the moment you will hear only the "busy" tone no matter if the agent is busy or logged...
