AAM Password complexity and Dormant Mailbox

If you are using Aura Messaging, the Password length can be between 1 to 15 digits.
It is configured in Messaging --> System Administration --> Log-in Parameters. Default is 3(minimum).

The prompt that is played is a System Prompt before the personal greeting. As per Avaya recommendations this prompt cannot be eliminated.

Aura Messaging 6.2 provides flexible storage for users. If the user's voice mailbox is configured to be an Exchange 2007/2010, then the Voicemail should directly be delivered to the Exchange Mailbox....

Hi Colin,

MM1.1 doesn't support Exchange 2010. You will have to upgrade to MM5.2 SP6 and above for MM to work with Exchange 2010 Backend.

Modular Messaging 5.2 with SP6 and above supports Exchange 2010 SP1 and above.

MM 5.2 supports Windows 2008 Active Directory.

The MAS Operating System will be Windows 2003 with Service Pack...
