We have a user who is able to call forward their extension number to a number outside of the PBX. This works, however, it is to a cell phone number and for some reason the office voicemail still...

Smile I figured it out...probably what you were getting...

I figured it out...probably what you were getting at. The extension number I have set up to forward (3888) did not have the COS allowing it to be call forwarded off-net.
