if you will add agents to system to get reports...

if you will add agents to system to get reports you will need extra licenses for Realtime and dashboard

Solution Confirmed you can do this through the desktop web interface...

you can do this through the desktop web interface after configure ACW in busy codes and assigned it to the user then when you hit DND button ACW option will be displayed
