Angry sounds like an idea, why in world does Avaya want us to do that

So, nice technical response that I may check into.....

Isn't it nice that I pay Avaya for PowerUser and other licenses and they want me to drink their 'unified' kool aid yet they can't orchestrate...

My MAC users have been disenfranchised for a year because video softphone for MAC broke when Apple upgraded to Mavericks (10.8 or 9) and Avaya refused to 'fix' it. Now...

You need a tech/reseller to be involved

There are way too many variables in your mixed network to get a real solution via txt and a forum- you need an on-site phone tech / network designer that knows IP Office and trunks, digital and IP...

Salesforce really didn't work with modern browser versions until R9 and adaptor4. Adaptor4 works for salesforce BUT is another thick CTI client...
