I am facing the issue regarding agent history in UI. sometimes suddenly tab stop updating history of contacts and agent have to logout and login again to get it work. ...

How many VM channels you have ? what you select in Manager-User-Recording-ON/Mandatory/Orwhat ?
You can login into SSA application and check the Port consumption.

you have to create short code with feature dial...

you have to create short code with feature dial emergency and bar the outgoing dialing for that user. so user will only be dialing the short codes you will configure.

Try updating host name and ip address of IPOCC server entry in your host file

C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc . Hope this will help.

Try Changing Voicemail mode to IP office to Intuity (Viseversa).

Had a same issue. Couldn't find anything. Ended up putting the names in IPO directory. Directory contacts shows number and name in AAAD.
