I'm kinda confused.. I have 1X mobile preferred installation at a client but doesn't work really well. My client said that their FQDN is mict.ictsi.com,so i then input it at the xmpp domain name...

is it necessary to configure the ip office 500 v2 mode to "server edition"? at the initial configuration option..? and where will i configure the users' extensions,at the server or at the ip office...

hi...how to fully implement a server manager edition of ip office..? i think the "deployment guide" pdf from avaya is not enough...how can you fully interfaced the server and the ip office control...

IP Office 500 V2 doesn't save configuration

hi..i have little problem of my ip office 500 v2.. when i'm changing the ip of my CU as well its name of my preferrence and save it..it doesn't save its simple configuration..it always go back its...
