Are ASG authentication tools like ASG web, ASG Mobile and ASG site manager available to Avaya partners ?

My customer has a ACR integrated with AACC.

Is it possible that the agent can pause and resume recording in the middle of the call ?

I am suspicious that SAMP card in S8500C (IBMx306m) is restarting the server.
How can I confirm this ?
Is it recorded in any of the SAMP log files ?

Web site tells me that I have no FL's attached to my profile, but I do have 570 FL's in my profile.
