Im having the exact same issue. I ended taking the customer to 10.1.2.1 and not .2

IPOCC - Route call to agent

Hi there

I have a requirement to match the CLI with an agent using an external database.

Once I get the agentid, how do I route the call to that agent?

IPOCC - Last Agent Status

Hi there

We want to route the call to the last agent - this is working. However, is there a way of getting the status of the last agent? We want to offer a callback if the last agent is not...
