Question Error changing set in Element Manager

I'm trying to change a set in EM on a BCM 400. When I try to change the extension I get the following error:

invalid parameter passed to method

CP 5 Mailbox not sharing

I'm using CP 5. I have a mail box that needs to be shared between 2 DNs. The system says the second DN has no mailbox.
