Hi everyone,

I can run many of the reports in cms supervisor ver. 17 I'm just not sure on the acronyms, so I'm trying to figure out how to get the fiollowing on each individual agent

Agents and calls abandoned


I'm using CMS Supervisor v17 application on my desktop, does anyone know how I can run a calls abandoned report for each Agent? I need to see number of calls abandoned for each agent
