I request for opening ticket with Avaya (NES) Support from "http://support.nortel.com/go/main.jsp" for checking the issue.

The ticket can be opened using ‘Online Self Service’ -> Service Requests

Looking at the configuration of host Maps i don't find configuration issue. However I cannot comment on why UDP is used when TCP is configured as transport protocol for signalling between Avaya SES...

Check if feature "ACW agents considered idle" is turned on. If it is turned on than, Change 'ACW Agents Considered Idle?' from 'yes' to 'no'.

VPN tunnel is P2P means from point (phone) to point (remote vpn server). This is a dedicate tunnel for the traffic between phone and vpn server only.
