Unable to reconnect to the one-x-portal after Hot Desking

After upgrading IP500v2 to R11.0.0.2.0 build 23

Hot Desk Users are unable to reconnect to the one-x-portal after logoff and login.
Even using the option “Login to Phone” on web interface is not...

Transfer issues after logout /login hot-desking.

Hi,

We encounter some transfer issues after logout /login hot-desk users.

Hot-desk users are working with One-X Portal (1XP) via Call Assistant (CA).
They logging out of their extension...

Question One-x portal running via tray icon gives script error.

Hi,

We have a customer running on Rel 10 and all is working fine except when opening the one-x portal via double click on the tray icon or right click on the tray icon and then run one-x portal...
