Hi,

is there any solution to use click to dial in the IP Office?

What I mean is not to highlight the number and press a hotkey.
I am looking for a browser plugin (or similar) like it is solved...

Is your server member of a domain?

Did you use the "CallRecordUser" ?

Hy there,

i am really new to the AACC.

I want to write an script for many languages.

The flow is always the same.

- Greeting
- queuing
