Replacement IP Office 500 hardware

We have purchase another IP Office 500 hardware unit complete with cards as a spare in case the hardware on our existing one fails.

I've tried loading our live server's backup onto the replacement...

Importing addresses in to the directory

I'm trying to add a new telephone number into the directory. The address entry begins with a number and I'm not allowed to do this even though there are several entries beginning with a number...
