yes this happened for every incoming email which enters the CCE. Once the email enters the CCE it goes to the temporary folder and not on the queue. Actually this happened already last time and avaya...

Hi.. CCE wont stop tagging the incoming emails as banned message. Can you help me with this one sir? I am checking the temporary folder under the email media store. and after deleting the banned...
