Question Queue position with estimated time to answer

I have a working call flow that plays the caller their queue position and the customer also wants to play the caller the esitmated time to be answered, is this possible with IPOCC?

Reports showing time as 1 hour out of sync.

When generating a report the date created time & period are 1 hour out of sync.

Ie Report generated at 15:00hrs for 08:00 to 20:00
