ACCS Real Time expert reports

It spossible connect to any database and create Real Time Reports? Like Historical Reports can connect to CCM_STAT and create reports. But I am looking for any connection to Real Time.

AAAD Skillset call went transfer, keep busy the original agent.

Went a agent recieve a Call and transfer the call, the AAAD keep busy and cannot recieve a new call. Went drop the Call, release the AAAD en original agent recieve the call.
The agents are using...

I configurated in IPO the users for the phone, and in CCMA the users to log in in the AAAD. Are two diferents but log in in two diferents device. Softphone or hardphone and the AAAD.

Hello, I have a ACCS with a IPO, We have the Server apliance and configured the IPO. We patch with the last SP. But cannot log in in the manager for ACCS. We can log in in the Server Utility but not...
