Agent group Priority

Can you set up an agent group to have priority over the others? I know I can set up an
agent in a group to have different levels of priority in that group. But I want to have an agent be a member...

I've checked that Privilege, but the agents still have to actually click on the "Email" tab on the left side of the screen before it "Auto" signs them in.

Email auto login/signin

Is it possible to have the IPOCC auto login to email when and agent logs in?

Currently it appears that the agent is auto signed into phone. but has to click the "email" tab before it will login...

IPOCC Queued calls arent ringing to agents

Using IPOCC 9.0.3, with Server Edition 9.0.5.

When a call is in Queue and an agent becomes available the call is not ringing to the agent. I can see in System Status that the IPOCC is trying to...
