Hi,

Even if you have a duplex CM solution download the utility Server and install on a VM cluster if possible.
It will resolve issue and also it has much more functionality than just TFTP

Hi,

So don`t you have any telco outbound lines connected to Avaya.

If not...Check on your IP-Codec page what you are using for fax transmission and also confirm with Cisco engineer what he is...

MAC Issues

mmm..first time for this one.
It sounds like some issue with software on phone(Advertise Protocol)...

However,

A MAC is basically hard coded to a interface in your situation phones link to...
