Is it okay to install XT Desktop Server 8.3 SP1 on a French version of Windows Server 2008 Enterprise SP2 32bit with 2 GB of RAM?

I connect XT 5000 Codec Unit to my network (DHCP Server available) and I want to access the web interface.
The Codec Unit doesn't get an automatic IP and I don't know its default IP to access the...
