How to know CCM mode from SAT

The easiest would be on the web page, if you can login to SAT you should be able to use same credentials and login to web page.

On the web page you would also be able to get Server hardware...

Yes absolutely you can do that, CM does support it as long as SBC (Your Provider) allows to connect SIP channels via tcp or tls.

I am really not too sure what needs to be done on the Experience Portal,

But on CM you can set a few options...Please note that I would suggest contacting your partner to set these setting...

Hi,

Are you connecting CM to SBC for pure routing, remember that CM does support TCP and TLS and I have seen providers allowing these connections, if you need UDP you can go with Session Manager...

What version of CMS are you using, if it is a newer version of CMS...and web reports are open..Try to connect to CMS via a web page on wired connection...This will show it is the actuall network...
