IP office phones not showing names on Agent Desktop

we have IP office release 10 integrated to ACCS release 7.

An ip office phone to ip office phone shows the name of the caller. This is fine.

The contact centre agents are using Avaya aura...

are avaya telling the customers to wait until they have included updates in patchs / security updates or are avaya telling customers to go ahead and use the updates from the RedHat site ?

AACC6 SP4 Iceadmin issues query

hi all

we are upgrading from a Nortel CC6 to Avaya AACC6.2 SP4 and after we have migrated the database from the CCMA to Avaya CCMA 6.2 we are having problems resetting the IceAdmin password
