Hi,

I have an IP office 500, we implemented call accounting software.

From the report we are receiving Ext: 1100 / (Unknown).

there is no extension 1100 in ip office.

please advise.

when configuring call forwarding when busy or unanswer to a mobile number.

The call is being transferred but it rings for only 1 time and then return back to the Avaya...
