AAAD multiple users sharing same PC

Have a problem with AAAD where multiple agents share the same pc.

Agent 1 logs into windows and installs AAAD for the first time ever on that PC
Can log into AAAD once installed without a problem...

AACC report creation wizard and historical reporting problem

Got a problem which looking through forum seems others have had similar but with older versions.

Windows 2008 R2 SP1 standard
AACC 6.2 co-res HA install
Seperate linux ams servers

Running SP6...

sorted it, that particular service needs everything up and running and hadn't got that far with the licensing whereas all the others on the test page were fine.

Once licensed and up and running it...
