Run into the same issue. What i did is apply...

Run into the same issue.

What i did is apply patch:
1)AvayaAura_CCMA_6.1.203.1
2)And then login to server utility
3)And then i was able to login into CCMA without errors.

do not forget:
Calls coming in and are still busy when going to a new interval will be counted as ACD call on the new interval and not the interval on which it is arrived.

EX: 3 calls comin on...
