Hi Johan - Access to PLDS Software for Direct Customers through PLDS is determined through maintenance entitlement. I do not see any maintenance entitlements on the System Manager, Session Manager, Communication Manager, Utility Services or one-X Communicator. Please send an e-mail message to support@avaya.com or use the Feedback button on the Support Website to provide us the details of your service contracts.
