Hi,

From what i understand from the Query, i belive the Extn Mailbox for 2578 works but when the calls from extn 2333 gets forwarded to the Mailbox the Callpilot returns "Extn 2333 does not have a valid mailbox"

Kindly correct me if i am wrong..

To start with kindly share the below details..
1. ScreenShot of the Below location.
User Details --> Mailbox
User Details --> DNs
2. Is the issue seen with CFNA and Call Forward Busy as well ?
3. Is it possible to share the below logs from the Callpilot for the calls to the second DN
a. SLEE LOGS (Make sure it is enabled from "Maintenance --> Flight Recorder --> SLEE " before the call is made)
b. AML LOGS (Make sure it is enabled from "Maintenance --> Flight Recorder -->
AML Trace" before the call is made)
c. Get the files from "C:\CallPilot\FlightRecorder" folder...
