fyi - I spoke with, and it looks like Avaya's Zang can do what we need. Essentially the agent/engineer would conference in the zang service, and transcribe everything said while conferenced in, or we could be a bit fancier and press key's to turn on/off transcription during the call if we just want certain segments. Transcription sent almost immediately upon end of call or turning off transcription during call.
