Default One-X Attendant

I have two receptionists utilizing the Avaya One-X Attendant.
Currently, the call history is only showing approximately 75 calls.
I have not been able to find a setting to increase this number.
Is there a way to change this setting and if so where might I find it?
At the end of each day, are the call history logs auto-saved somewhere?
