I had this recently and raised with Avaya, the documentation is wrong on where to configure the WD config

see below

I noticed that the watchdog file you have modified is under C:\Users\Administrator\Documents\Avaya\IP Office Contact Center\WDConfig this is what the document has stated, hence this is what you have followed. However, I believe the system not using the watchdog file from this directory. From the watchdog config, please open the watchdog file from C:\ProgramData\Avaya\IP Office Contact Center\Watchdog directory. Then you can follow the rest of the settings stated in the document accordingly.
