Default StatfilePump- Avaya Proactive Contact

We are using (Avaya Proactive Contact 4.2.0) in our company.

Sometimes we can not take reports from Analyst Program.
Then i note the tran numbers and execute statfilepump command.
Unfortunetely all the reports for the problem date comes on the Analyst Program except Agent Activity Repot .

How can i solve this problem? How can i get back Agent Activity Report for the porblem date?
